Responsibilities:
As the GSM, you will need to demonstrate your ability and knowledge of
full life-cycle production specific to clients to requirements and
expectations. You will be leading a team dedicated to providing a first
class service.
You must ensure highly quality standards of delivery whilst ensuring
parts and delivered in a time manner to the relevant plants across the
region.
Capacity planning and managment of the designated plant to meet global
demand, utlilizing data generated from the Global Demand Management
system.
Take repsonsibility for the annual budget preparation.
You will also need strong PC skills such as SAP or ERP, MRP and knowledge of CNC (optional)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree, Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas),
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing and production field probably currently holding the position of Plant Manager.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing and productions engineering - within Oil/Gas or Aerospace.
- Based in Johor with travel regionally and internationally
