Manager, Project
Terengganu - Kemaman

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication teams to plan, manage and execute the fabrication project within schedule and budget.
• Develop, implement and administer proven and effective project management system, procedures and processes for project implementation.  This would include engineering, procurement, fabrication, quality assurance, HSE, contracts, construction, cost and schedule control and management reports.
• Provide strategic leadership and project management expertise as well as set clear direction, strategic project planning and execution plan.
• Coordinate and maximize resources between shops, sites and provide adequate support to meet individual project team’s commitment.
• Guide/train/monitor project department personnel in Project Department matters and projects related issues.
• Ensure compliance and make continual improvement ISO quality system/SAP and project execution procedure.
• Provide problem solving solutions and decisions for project related issue.
• Liaison with clients on project execution and technical matters.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related to the discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Steel Fabrication of Pressure Vessels,
Structure Tank, Skids, Piping, Heat Exchanger, Boiler, Structure and Ducting.
• Technically competent in fabrication sequence for the above item.
• Meticulous in review of engineering drawing for item to be fabricated. 
• Having skills in plant maintenance and services during plant turnaround and shutdown.
• Good communication and inter-personnel skills.
