The Company, Master Offshore Sdn Bhd was established in 2003 as a local Bumiputra company providing marine vessels services supporting the oil & gas operations. It became part of Target Group in 2005 and went through name change to Target Energy Co (M) Sdn Bhd to synergize with the corporate image. TECO have relevant licenses from Petronas to supply comprehensive range of vessels including Pipe Laying Barge for offshore engineering construction such as subsea pipeline installation and offshore structures installation.

Quality Assurance Manager
MYR 10000 - 15000

Responsibilities:

 

• To advice, guide and motivate site line management on all QA activities and related technical matters.
• To implement, operate and maintain Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9000 standard.
• To be responsible for all relevant QA/QC training for all site personnel and ensuring that all personnel understand and deliver their QA/QC responsibilities as per quality plan procedures.

Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Welding Engineering or equivalent.
• IRCA (UK) Registered Lead Assessor or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in offshore oil & gas facility construction including live installations.
• Minimum 8 years management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of QMS in accordance with ISO 9000, with the capability of developing QMS, work procedures and inspection plans.
