We was formed to venture into businesess relating to the oil and gas industry with primary focus on construction and maintenance services. HIGHBASE is licensed by PETRONAS since 2005 to serve the oil and gas industry in Malaysia.

PROJECT ENGINEER
Kemaman (Terengganu), Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Collect technical data and project resource estimation for the workpack preparation by performing site visit/survey.
• Prepare engineering documentation for submission to client (Workpack, Site Specific Procedure, Job Method Statement, Equipment Isolation Sheet, Job Hazard Analysis, Project Schedule).
• Participate in meeting to resolve any engineering and technical issue raised by client.
• Prepare Material Service Requisition before project execution.
• Monitor the availability and reliability of resources during project execution as per approved workpack.
• Monitor project safety, workflow, schedules, cost and change management to ensure that projects are executed within approved budget and timeline as agreed between company and client
• Prepare project progress report and mitigation plan (if any) for submission to management.
• Prepare project close out report by compiling Daily Progress Report, Service Completion Acceptance Note, Handover Certificate and Photo Report for submission to client after each project completion.
• Review for completeness all timesheets submitted by Company's subcontractors prior to submission to Finance & Account Department.
• Facilitate claim process to ensure timely collection of outstanding claim from client.
• Assist in the coordination of pricing estimation, scoping strategies for proposed project and development and preparation technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• To be based at Seksyen 9, Bandar Baru Bangi or Kemaman,Terengganu
• Full-Time positions available.
