Project Manager HVAC
Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Responsibilities:

• To carry out the duty of Project Manager (HVAC) in implementing the work system, responsibilities, procurement & claims in meeting the Company’s and contract’s requirement.
• To propose, assess, select and recommend suppliers and subcontractors through valid and rational basis on price, workmanship, quality, delivery, etc. in accordance to company's policy.
• To assist Project Director in day to day execution work under contracts of M&E Dept.
• To liaise with clients representative on related operational issues
• To execute and monitor any Technicians and Supervisors task on behalf of Project Director.
• To implement quality control and HSE procedures being imposed to Company’s contract under M&E Dept.
• To prepare, submit and evaluate reports, tenders, quotations and etc to clients or subcontractor.
• To coordinate with subordinates and supplier in any task.
• To report work status, QA/QC, design, etc and highlight areas of concern to the Project Director promptly and efficiently.
• To take part and promoting in the Company ISO 9001:2000 exercise.
• To enhance division duties towards clients such as prepare proposals, quotations, estimations, safety awareness, communication and etc.
• To execute & supervise the duty/task of the subordinates in day to day operation.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with more than 5 years of working experience in HVAC.
• Pleasant personality and able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be computer literate.
• Knowledge of technical and expertise background
• Applicants shall be Malaysian citizens
• Applicants should be self-starters, able to work independently, able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environmentand mature.
• Able and willing to travel to carry out the specific tasks.
