Our client a Canadian MNC based in Kuala Lumpur is offering PERMANENT positions as Senior Process Engineers.It designs, develops, manufactures and commercialises a wide range of process equipment to separate oil, gas and water for the O&G upstream industry.Prospective candidates must have at least 10 years experience in the oil and gas preferably, 7 years in the field of process engineering, planning and project management of topsides facilities for offshore facilities.

 

 

Senior Process Engineer
MYR 12 - 15 K
Selangor - KUALA LUMPUR

Responsibilities:

• Function as Lead Process Engineer with full responsibility in conducting HAZOP studies and the process design of turret fluid transfer system for crude oil and fuel gas
•  Monitor Gas Dehydration System using TEG, Gas Compression System, Produced Water Treatment System and Water Injection System. 
• Coordinate FEED and detailed engineering designs for topsides process packages for offshore facilities.
•  Execute process engineering works including reviewing other disciplines' deliverables and vendor documents and checking engineers' calculations/deliverables.
• Possess solid background in the use of process simulation software including Aspen Hysys, Aspen Flarenet and Aspen HTFS+. 
• Manage Chemical Injection Package, Gas Dehydration Package, Flare Package and Fuel Gas Package. 
• Prepare process design calculations and have deep knowledge in the development and revision of critical process documents and drawings.
• Supervise and coordinate the development of intelligent P&IDs using Aveva VPE software.
•  Prepare technical and commercial proposals for bids.

Requirements:

Candidates should have minimum 7 - 15 years work experience in Process Engineering in Oil and gas industry. Engineers having extensive experience in specific design guidelines synonymous within the Oil & Gas industry in all design works including API, IP and Shell DEP standards are required. Candidates who worked with major oil and gas EPCC companies preferred. Proficiency in English Language spoken and written is essential and must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
