Responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordination and oversight of all project service personnel and activities for Aramis, including: contracting, procurement, cost control, planning, and document control.
Leads project teams in all project reporting activities. Coordinates requests and compiles the project reports in a timely manner.
Coordinates data collection and submission for Aramis Business Plan inputs.
Leads project team through any required audits.
Develops and controls the project’s Information Management System.
Handles the project’s IT requirements including ordering computers, mobile phones, software requisitions, etc

Develops and maintains all business services project philosophies, procedures, plans, etc. in coordination with other Aramis departments.
Ensures Project Services Team operates highly effectively and efficiently.
Responds promptly and professionally to customers requests (Service Line Managers, Aramis management, & Clients etc.).

Requirements:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business together with a minimum 8 years experience in a similar role, or served in a multitude of roles managed by the Project Services group, for high value projectsHigh level of competency required in the use Microsoft Office programs. Must be able to demonstrate experience in the application and integration of project management processes, systems, software applications and tools
Should have previous experience working with a diversified work force; exceptional people skills.
Must be fluent in the English language and be an effective communicator. Must have extremely articulate writing skills.
