TeSSDE is a unique Human Capital Development program in line with the Economic Transformation Program (ETP) towards a high-income nation by 2020. TeSSDE program recruits 675 fresh engineering graduates from public universities with a mission to deliver the national requirement of well trained and high calibre industrial manpower which is sponsored by Economic Planning Unit (EPU) and supported by TalentCorp.

TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST in SPECIFIC DOMAIN EXPERTISE (TeSSDE)
(Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Sabah, Selangor, Sarawak, Terengganu, Labuan, Putrajaya)

Responsibilities:

• You will be hired as a permanent employee of the company
• You would be required to undergo Technical Training, Soft-skill and English Competency Training and On-Job-Certification Training per the duration stated
• On job training includes interns to perform as Shift Manufacturing Executive role in managing production operation and employees’performa
• Work with mentor in the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Participate in cycle-time, cost reduction program, productivity improvement, and production efficiency project.
• Execute manufacturing projects assign by mentor/superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in all the Engineering field/Surveying Science and Geomatics/Architecture/IT/Applied Science/Mathematics and Statistic from any of the IPTAs
• Fresh graduates who possess high interest in RFID/Telecommunication and/or in Electronics / Semiconductor and/or in LEDs/SSL industry.
• Possess good communication ability and is capable in interacting with personnel from all level
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Analytical minded and technically inclined.
• Strong leadership skill, good working attitude, positive minded, pro-active and a team player.
• Interest in managing employees’discipline, performance and retention activities.
• Candidate must be able to perform shift rotation working hours.
