The IAQ Group is principally involved in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of cleanrooms for the semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food industry & chemicals, medi-care and electronics industries. The Group also actively trade and manufacture a wide variety of air filters and cleanroom equipments. In line with our expansion plan, we are now looking for dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated individuals to grow with the group.

 

Engineer
Selangor - Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and compilation of tender documents, equipment technical specifications, tender report and clarification on HVAC system, Cleanroom Architectural Works, UHP gas and Chemical delivery system;
• Responsible for project cost estimation and compilation of Bill of Quantity/ Costing;
• Actively participates in cost controls & cost-reduction activities;
• Study, compare and develop a statistic/ database in terms of products/ services availability in the market, pricing, quality and method based on the Group procurement need.
• Liaison with relevant parties that includes consultant, contractor, supplier, distributor and etc.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Possess analytical abilities, teamwork spirit and initiative;
• Computer literate;
• Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required;
• FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
